It doesn’t matter what meal of the day it is or what else you’ll be eating, choose the plants first. If you are not vegan, you can start by introducing the habit of first eating plants. Plants are also great snacks. They are fresh, full of nutrients and easy to carry around.

You should be getting between 7 and 8 hours per night. It is also important that you get them at the right time. The best time to sleep is from 9 pm until 5 am. Now, most of us will not do this. We should try though, to go to sleep before 11pm and not wake up later than 7 am.

 

Exercising is also vital. Whether moderate or not, you will sleep better, eat better and be a lot happier if you exercise. The World Health Organisation recommends cycling for just 30 minutes a day, for example. It isn’t really that much, is it?
